Don Agencia: Havas acquired Don Agencia, one of the most prominent independent creative agencies in Latin America, aiming to bolster its creative capabilities and expand its presence in the region.
Channel Bakers: Havas also acquired Channel Bakers, a global retail media agency specializing in e-commerce and retail media strategies, to enhance its expertise in these areas.
Leadership Appointment
Jon Stimmel was appointed as Chief Investment Officer for Havas Media Network North America. Based in New York, Stimmel reports directly to North America CEO Greg James and joins the North American Leadership Team. In his role, he will advance Havas' converged strategy, linking data to activation and identifying emerging marketplace opportunities. Prior to joining Havas, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Sabio Holdings, Inc., and has held key positions at UM Worldwide, Publicis Starcom, and Unilever.
